At Cyera, each piece of jewellery is carefully handcrafted and made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Please review our shipping timelines and policies below.

Order Processing Time

All Cyera jewellery is made to order.
Our standard production time is 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your jewellery is ready, it will be shipped immediately and you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the delivery location:

India 3 – 5 business days
Europe 7 – 10 business days
United Kingdom 7 – 10 business days
United States 7 – 12 business days
Middle East 6 – 9 business days
Rest of the World 10 – 14 business days

Total delivery time = 7 days making + shipping time based on country.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Cyera is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Customs clearance
Courier delays
Public holidays
Remote locations

Cyera is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Cyera will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Once the manufacturing process starts, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items showing signs of wear or alteration.
• Engraved, custom-sized, or specially made jewellery.

3. Repair & Replacement Policy

We understand that jewellery is delicate, and we stand by our craftsmanship. If you experience any of the following issues, we will repair or replace your item:

Loose or missing diamonds/stones
Manufacturing defects (cracks, faulty clasps, etc.)

Repair Process:

• Within 6 months: Free repair for any manufacturing defect.
• After 6 months: Repair charges may apply, depending on the issue.
• Customers must share images of the defect before sending the product for repair.

Shipping Costs for Repairs

• If the defect is due to our manufacturing, Cyera will cover the shipping cost.
• For general wear and tear, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Repair?

• For repairs, shipping charges will depend on the issue.
